Happy Holidays! Merry Christmas and Happy New Year!

Wow, time goes by so fast. I want to take this opportunity to express my gratitude to you all.

Being a small business owner is not for the faint of heart. It takes hard work. You’re guaranteed to have long days and nights. You go through ups and downs. With all that it entails it would be all for nothing without your support.

I created Healthy Rican to help others make healthy changes to their diet, without losing the flavor and taste of our culture. I am proud to be Puerto Rican! I am proud to share my culture and food with EVERYONE. Healthy Rican is for everyone! It is my way of opening the door of Puerto Rico’s culture and food to the masses.

Las Navidades is my favorite season. Las Navidades in Puerto Rico is amazing and can’t be beat. I love everything and I mean everything about it! Especially the food! I have a new blog on my site that speaks on all things Christmas Season aka Las Navidades in Puerto Rico. Check it out here!!!

 One more announcement before I sign off. I’ll be taking a (much needed) holiday break from social media and will be out of the office. I'll be celebrating with my Dad who is visiting from Puerto Rico from December 21st to December 30. No need to worry... Orders will still go out and be fulfilled. :)
