Grilled Chicken with Sofrito Drizzle

Ingredients:

For the Chicken Marinade:

  • image2 chicken breasts
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp Healthy Rican Sazón
  • ½ tsp Healthy Rican Savory (Chicken) Mix
  • ½ tsp lime juice

For the Sofrito Drizzle:

  • 1 tbsp Healthy Rican Sofrito
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • Salt & pepper to taste


Directions:

1️⃣ In a bowl, mix olive oil, Sazón, Savory Seasoning, and lime juice. Coat the chicken and let marinate for at least 15 minutes.

2️⃣ Grill on medium heat for 6-7 minutes per side, until fully cooked.

3️⃣ While the chicken cooks, whisk together Sofrito, olive oil, garlic, lemon juice, salt, and pepper to make a drizzle.

4️⃣ Serve the chicken with the Sofrito drizzle and enjoy with your favorite sides!
