I'll be separating our products from the Nutrition Dork website. Nutrition Dork will continue as a blog and for my services as a Health Coach, however it's purpose and mission is not the same. I'd like to branch out to other health related topics there.

Healthy Rican on the other hand, will now have a dedicated space for all things Latin & Puerto Rican food and culture, spices, healthy recipes, and more.
