I trust you had a fantastic Thanksgiving and relaxing extra long weekend. Now that el dia del pavo is over and gone, we are now in full holiday mode. At least I am. I know some people enjoy setting up the tree and getting into the holiday spirit early, but I personally like to wait until after Thanksgiving or even December 1st before I start looking like Elf. 

As I get ready for the Holidays, I can’t help but think about the New Year and setting intentions. Every year, I take the week after Christmas to start thinking about my goals with a clean slate. I take time for myself to journal, set intentions, enjoy some time off, and even create vision boards and personalized notebooks.
