This Thursday November 10, is our final Tasty Thursday episode of the season.  You can catch up by heading over to my IG page. This has been a great experience for me. It’s exhilarating to collaborate and learn from each other. Promoting health and wellness is important to me and a huge part of Healthy Rican in addition to cooking tasty healthy recipes. Now that we are Whole30 approved there will be episodes with coaches/nutritionists that are certified in the Whole30 program.

My next guest is Sabrina from @blackgirlswhowhole30 on Instagram. Sabrina is representing ¼ of BlackGirlsWhoWhole30! She was born in Detroit, MI, raised in Houston, TX, and started her family in NJ! As a mother to a 4-year-old warrior with special needs, and as someone who has a PCOS, learning and practicing a healthier lifestyle became mandatory for her family.  BlackGIrlsWhoWhole30, are 4 super busy, career-driven friends who completed a Whole 30 challenge during the height of the pandemic and supported each other while miles apart! (CA, TX, NJ). Part of their mission is to show that healthy eating can taste good! While she and the BlackGirlsWhoWhole30 collective are not recipe creators, she and they LOVE food! She loves to eat well and that includes flavorful, nutritious and high-quality foods.
