We’re excited to announce a small change that will make a BIG difference! 🎉 Our beloved Savory Spice Mix is getting a makeover. A new name that will better reflect its purpose.

Introducing… Savory Chicken Mix! 🙂

But don’t worry, it’s still the same incredible blend you know and love. As always, perfect for making chicken dishes shine. And as we know… it’s just as amazing in non-meat dishes too! Whether you’re cooking up veggies, grains, or plant-based meals, it adds that deep, savory flavor that makes every bite delicious.

Why the change? We realized the word “spice” was confusing for many. Is it spicy? What's it for? What does it taste like? Are just among the few questions we would receive. This seasoning mix isn’t just a spice; it’s a carefully crafted blend designed to enhance flavor without overpowering your dish. So, we updated the name to match its true purpose!

💡 Same ingredients. Same taste. Just a name that makes more sense!

Try It in Our Delicious Savory Pollo Guisado Recipe!

To celebrate, here’s a flavorful chicken stew recipe that showcases our Savory Chicken Mix:

Ingredients:

• 2 lbs chicken thighs
• 1 tbsp Savory Chicken Mix
• 2 tsp garlic paste
• 1 pc small onion
• 1 pc large carrot
• 2 sticks celery 
• 1 large potato
• 1/2 cup tomato sauce
• 2 cups chicken broth
• fresh cilantro optional

Instructions:

1. Marinate the meat with the Savory Spice Mix and garlic before cooking (the longer the better).
2. Meanwhile, peel and dice all the veggies (onion, carrot, celery and potato) into cubes. If desired, chop about 1/4 bunch of cilantro for cooking and garnish.
3. On high heat, add a bit of oil to the bottom of the pan. Add the meat and brown for a few minutes on each side. Add the veggies, tomato sauce, broth, and 1/2 of the cilantro (if desired).
4. Cover and cook on high heat until the chicken is no longer pink inside, and veggies are soft and tender (about 30-35 mins).
5. Uncover and continue to cook until you achieve desired broth thickness.
