I hope you are enjoying the seasonings. I've gotten great reviews so far, and can't wait to get more. I'm hoping they help reach more people that are looking for healthy alternatives, and we are able to provide great quality ingredients to many families.

Just wanted to keep you in the loop in what's cooking over here at Nutrition Dork LLC & the Health Rican brand. Well... we are just a few days away from finishing the book, and launching it on August 12 on Amazon Kindle! Yay! Seriously crying tears of joy as this has been a dream of mine for almost 3 years.

We will also be able to ship products within the next couple of weeks. Fingers crossed that we are able to reduce our price too. We are hoping to make it affordable for everyone that is seeking to live a healthy lifestyle anywhere in the US & Puerto Rico. Soon, we will be able to tell our friends that are out of town... so excited!
