• I’m Puerto Rican.

• Was born in NJ but grew up in PR.

• Been living in Buffalo, NY since 2010.

• Have a son named Aryam (Yup, my name backwards).

• Started my entrepreneurship journey in middle school selling handmade rosaries.

• Been selling stuff ever since.

• Graduated from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition in 2016 as a Holistic Health & Wellness Coach.

• Love helping and inspiring people to live a healthy life.

• Started my blog nutritiondork.com in 2018.

• Decided to launch Nutrition Dork LLC in 2020.

• A company dedicated to offer health and nutrition products, and services.

• The Healthy Rican brand is part of Nutrition Dork LLC that will offer Latin Seasonings, Cookbooks, and Subscription boxes to those that love eating healthy and would like to put the Latin spice in their healthy life!
