 !Hola Familia!

Hi ,

How’s it going? I hope this newsletter finds you well and enjoying the summer season! This one is short and sweet.

Happy 4th of July!!

Our large sofrito is still on sale, plus you can use code: grilling to get an extra 15% off of anything through July. Wepa!

As the weather heats up, it can be challenging to maintain a healthy lifestyle. That's why I wanted to share some health and wellness summer tips to help you stay on track.

1. Stay hydrated - Drinking plenty of water is essential during the summer months, especially if you're spending time outdoors. Try adding some fresh fruit or mint to your water for a refreshing twist.

2. Get moving - Take advantage of the beautiful weather and get outside for some exercise! Whether it's a walk, bike ride, or swim, staying active is crucial for your overall health.

3. Protect your skin - Don't forget to wear sunscreen and protective clothing when spending time in the sun. This will help prevent sunburn and reduce your risk of skin cancer.

We’ll be back soon! I’ll be making an announcement early August. I have some awesome guests lined up. A few of the ladies I meet at the Yo Quiero Dinero Summit in Puerto Rico. Latina ladies just like me showing how to live a healthy lifestyle without sacrificing our cultural favorites.

Now, onto the fun part - cooking with Healthy Rican spices! We've got two delicious recipes for you to try this summer:

1. Grilled Pineapple Chicken Skewers - These skewers are the perfect combination of sweet and savory. Simply marinate chicken in our Adobo seasoning, thread onto skewers with fresh pineapple (with onions and peppers as an additional option) and grill until cooked through.

2. Mango Salsa - Fresh mango, red onion, cilantro, and lime juice come together in this flavorful salsa. You can also add tomatoes and peppers to taste. Sprinkle with some of our Sofrito seasoning for an extra kick of flavor.
