👂 How do you succeed from being an Intern to landing your 1st full-time SDR role? Ezana Haddis suggests:
1) Always back your winners; when experimenting with messaging and cadences, if there are steps that are working but not as well as you like and you're making tweaks, do not cut them completely out
2) Fail fast; rather than spending a long period to test something new, try shorter periods but with a mixture of different steps
3) By adding humour to LinkedIn connections requests, this can help make you memorable and get your foot through the digital door!
