As we somehow find ourselves already at the last weekend of January, I wanted to circle back to our 17 Winter Gardening Chores To Prepare For Next Season that we shared at the beginning of December.

I want to highlight one of the items on our list and really encourage you to consider making some new birdhouses. Now is the perfect time to work on those and have them ready to go for the Spring season. Our plans use just 1 cedar fence board, so they are as inexpensive as possible.

We get so much enjoyment from the birds in our yard, that we hope you will want to focus on this area, too.
