The Secret To My Wealth!

Lmao.

You sure you are ready for this?

You definitely know I won't spill all the tea...have mercy please.

But here is what I can tell you.

Follow me.

Lately, I have been doing a lot of thinking.

I just decided to objectively assess my areas of strength and income

I have gone through a whole lot of recent changes that has affected multiple areas of my life

But I cannot complain primarily because that’s just how life is,

And change is inevitable in growth.

The one thing I have seen consistently happen

Which also proves that the saying;

People will never forget how you make them feel is true

Is that nothing is as great as making your clientele list love you.

I have had such limited time in my hands, and the thought of organizing launches

Cannot even be contemplated at this point in my life.

So there has been no active sales launch or re-launch,

Creation of best selling offers,

But somehow, I still get to pay my bills.

A number of people now want me for a retainer.

That is, I have worked with you once, I love what you do, and would like you to stay.

This is a win-win for all the parties, as I am akin to their modus operandi, I don’t have to “prove” myself and explain why I am worth the deal.

For them, trial and error is over. They don’t need the need to oversee, fret or worry aout the outcome of their results. They trust my work.

How do you make people retain you?

Honestly, I can only speak from my point of view, but I am sure one or two things would have a general application.

1.      I genuinely love them. This means I take out time to love their business, understand the scope, and proffer solutions within and without my area of specialization. I just want them to succeed and since they’ve brought me in to make a difference in their business, why not go all in? I recommend effortlessly any and all tested, trusted services, that will improve the quality of their work.

2.      I do complete work. You see, it is much different when you do work you’ve been asked to, vs when it is done thoroughly and completely. Most times, your clients don’t even know what would make the “big difference” and bring the big break their business or life needs. You are an external body, so it is easier to be objective. Make sure they are ready to see the results of the change they want.

3.      I give incentives. There is always more to working with me than you bargain for. You get way much more than your money’s worth.

And honestly, my work doesn’t always come out the best. Largely because I am human and some external factors could come into play. But I know how to make it right when I get it wrong. They know I am human, and some times, the professionalism is downplayed a bit to reveal humanity. So I can be forgiven of my mistakes.

These are some of the ways I have been able to keep my head above water when I get so busy, I cannot manage a launch. The gold isn’t always with getting new clients. The old ones matter too.

What did you learn from this? I would be happy to read from you.
