My heart was broken on Sunday for obvious reasons.

We lost Ini.

In a way that could have happened to anyone of us.

You see,

The world is becoming a harder place to live in.

And the more these vices increase,

The harder it gets to trust.

So I would be frank with you.

Although people say I am too extreme.

Well, not my problem.

If someone had cancer

And it is treatable.

He would do all he can to raise money for treatment.

Because he has faith and trusts the process.

It is harder to make sales these days because genuine people are scarce

Our greed and lust for money drives us to do things we didn’t think we could

So we will falsify results and numbers to create a perception

And the worst part is,

This kind of success is always shortlived

However, the effects are not.

For every act of deceit one person makes in our industry,

It makes it harder for someone else in the same industry to rise.

In all you do,

Ensure you maintain your integrity.

Let people know what you stand for.

But much more is this, let them know what you stand against.

People are attracted to consistency and sustainability.

Make up your mind to play the long game

And do all you can to win over trusts.
