I met Qawiyy on Twitter early this year,

and here is what his pinned tweet, a thread reads;

Ended Q1 2021 with $2,18M in revenue

(followed by a picture as proof)

A part of his thread that was most striking to me is this;

Focus on longevity over quick bucks.

Go into something you can stick with for the next 5 years

And keep iterating at it without quitting.

The internet has leveled the playing field.

Test, test, test till you figure it out

And avoid shiny object syndrome.

It doesn’t end there; follow me.

He tweeted;

Just got introduced to join the $100M mastermind by my friend

Payment is $100,000 only.

Would you pay $100K to join a mastermind of people making $100M?

Then in subsequent tweets, someone responded;

I get most of my depression from follow Qawiyy posts.

The way he announces figures is mentally depressing.

Do you really care about us bro?

You can’t just keep splashing these figures on our faces

When you know most Nigerians barely make 200K in a month!

Another said;

$10K per month?

Lmao, guy please!

And it could be pretty much the same with you.

Money has an effect on everyone.

Your mindset determines the kind it would have on you.

I thought it was just a one man thing,

Until I read this other response;

Most of us started following as a motivation but along the line,

It turned into oppression.

I am working hard like craze mehn

But anytime I see figures on your posts,

I fall into deep depression again.

See the figure you wrote again,

Would someone earning $10K not live well?

This is why there was a caveat to joining my exclusive mailing list;

you have to get comfortable around the topic of money.

It looks over flogged,

but if you cannot conceive that you can make certain kinds of money,

You honestly cannot.

Not at that level of your life at least.

What is the solution?

Analyze all of your consistent earnings.

You probably have never made above a #100,000

or a #50,000

If that has been your peg.

Recognize it and set a goal, a little higher for yourself

Identify all the limitations that your mind brings.

When you want to move up.

Identify the traces of imposter syndrome

And document why you deserve to earn.

Document all of your processes and investments in yourself.

If you have made at least a $1000k investment,

I see no reason why your earning monthly should not be commensurate.

But you see the problem now;

Sometimes, our problems are from us.

You see this statement;

You need money to make money with so much disdain.

You just want things on a platter.

You cannot bear the fact that money would be released from you.

You think it is smart to withhold money and seek other means to make it.

And this is the chief sponsor of you feeling like a fraud.

Generally as humans,

We project who we are on the people around us.

If you cannot trust someone enough to learn and make you,

No one would actually do the same with us.
