Valentine is coming…

Now it has ended.

All the feelings of being not good enough,

Suicidal,

Spec turn spectator

And every other high you possibly felt yesterday

Has ended.

Now you are compelled

By the activities of this world

To move on with your life.

People who win in life,

Know this thing,

That I am about to tell you

So please pay attention.

They know how fleeting “moments”

Can be.

They know there is life after Valentine

After partying, After sex

After Christmas, After honeymoon

After beautiful memories you never want to stop.

So they prepare for life

After all these things.

They prepare so those who are caught up

In the moment,

Will look up to them eventually

For salvation.

Today,

I want you to look beyond moments.

I want you to see opportunities.

When I decided I was going to teach

Personal Finance and Branding,

I knew that I would have to do

Certain things, many people won’t.

Part of which is to never miss a day

Sending you love notes.

No matter how I feel.

Because I know,

Emotions, just like moments

Are fleeting, temporal.

You need to know this too.

And start creating solutions,

That won’t just cater for

Momentary pleasures,

But will be needed and valuable

Across time.

So just like me,

You will tell people,

You will always NEED my value.
