In 2019, I interned with an organization

And got exposed to Social Media Management

For 6 months.

After internship

I got an offer that paid #10,000

For manage a page for a month.

It was to sell properties.

One day,

I had created content and was so out of inspiration

I looked for a meme that read;

“I will find you, and I will kill you

If you don’t pick our calls”

And it felt just right!

So I posted it.

Now I believe what they say

About Kogi village people.

The very next day,

Of course, you can guess what happened.

I felt bad about it,

But was consoled that it was my first time.

Guess what?

I messed up more in succeeding jobs.

The moral of today’s story is simple.

It is not okay to suck during your first attempt.

Especially if it can be avoided.

Where your knowledge stops,

Online aids can come in.

Where your YouTube stop,

Physical mentorship should take over.

You can console yourself eventually

That your first time sucked because

It was your first.

But no one knows it is your first.

And no one is so forgiving

To give you an opportunity to mess it all up

All over again.

If nothing changes,

From your first attempt to the next,

It will suck the same.
