Don't be scared--Early Bird submission deadline is coming up!

The Early Bird Submission deadline for the first ever Cleveland ScreamFest is November 30th!

Submit your film now!

Be afraid. Be very afraid…the most terrifying stories ever put to film are coming to Cleveland for our first annual Cleveland ScreamFest, October 1st – 3rd, 2021. We’re on a quest to find the most scary, gory, and outright terrifying films from all around the world. We’ll showcase these films up on the big screen at Atlas Cinemas in Shaker Square, and throw in some great parties, workshops, networking events, horror merchandise, and more.

Shaker Square is an iconic Cleveland location, and the theatre is a 1930's art deco cinema that has the perfect vibe to watch some great horror films. As a lifetime horror film fanatic, I look forward to showcasing great independent horror films from all around the world.

Are you a filmmaker or screenwriter? The Early Bird submission deadline for our inaugural festival is November 30th--submit your film or script via FilmFreeway now to take advantage of the lowest submission fees. Spots for our first year's festival are very limited and we've already received a number of great films--be sure to send yours now so you can be a part of what is shaping up to be an awesome event!
