I Finally Made the Tool Everyone Keeps Asking Me For (and I'm giving it away free)

Hey ,
Over the last few weeks, I’ve been having these tech chats, 1:1 conversations, and honest behind-the-scenes DMs — and the SAME thing keeps coming up:
“We get the strategy… but keeping up with the actual work is the hard part.”
And honestly? You’re not wrong.
Most people don’t struggle with ideas.
They struggle with:
- organizing the ideas
- turning those ideas into actual content
- staying consistent when life is life-ing
- managing a workflow without getting overwhelmed
And with the pressure to create more and say more, the overwhelm is very, very real.
Last year, I started feeling it in my business too — especially across multiple brands.
One blog or video a week wasn’t cutting it anymore. That’s when I leaned deeper into faceless content (which I love), but even faceless requires consistency and structure.
Pretty soon, it became clear:
It wasn’t just the content strategy that needed the upgrade, but with the new content shift, we needed the new content process too.
So I revamped everything — the way we capture ideas, plan content, track posts, schedule, prioritize… all of it.
And THAT is what allowed my team and me to post across six brands, on multiple platforms, multiple times a day, for the last three months without burning out.
In a lot of my trainings and tech chats, I’ve been sharing not just what to do, but how to organize your work and life so the content actually gets done.
And in true Tech Girl Fashion…
I couldn’t just write the process down and teach.
Of course not.
I had to build a tool to help you implement a process too, no matter which strategy you use 😄
I built Notion because it’s flexible, customizable, completely free for you to use, and can connect with other tools in your business easily, which means no new subscription or app to learn just to get the benefits.
So here’s what I built to solve the content process problem:
✨ The Content Assist: Content Consistency Hub
A Notion template that mirrors the essential steps of the workflow my team uses to stay consistent across multiple brands (and keep our sanity intact).
This system does one thing really well:
It links the knowledge to the work.
You can organize ideas, track content stages, plan your week, prioritize what matters, and stop feeling like you’re starting from scratch every time you sit down to create.
I made 100 early-access codes available…
and we’re already down to about 60 left.
Before they’re gone, grab yours here 👇🏾

And just so you know — this tool is meant to feel simple, lightweight, and doable.
It’s not another complicated system.
It’s a clean, easy place that makes content creation and consistency possible, even on low-energy days.
Let me know what you think once you’re inside.
