Few days until we have this conversation

Hi ,
Few days from today, we're having the conversation everyone's avoiding:
Has "being yourself" become an excuse to ignore your appearance?
Because here's what I see constantly:
Women who say "I'm just being authentic" while:
- Avoiding every mirror in their house
- Skipping basic maintenance
- Feeling terrible about their reflection
- Calling it self-acceptance when it's actually self-neglect
Authenticity is beautiful. Avoidance disguised as authenticity is not.
And we need to talk about the difference.
