This conversation is going to be uncomfortable

Hi ,
Let me ask you something uncomfortable:
Has "being yourself" become permission to completely ignore your appearance?
I'm not talking about filters and perfection. I'm talking about:
- Avoiding mirrors entirely
- Skipping basic grooming
- Calling neglect "authenticity"
- Using "I don't care what people think" as an excuse to stop caring about yourself
We need to talk about this.

This Month's Question:
Has "Being Yourself" Become an Excuse to Ignore Your Appearance?
This isn't about perfection. It's about honesty.
When does authenticity cross into avoidance?
When does self-acceptance become self-neglect?
When does "being real" mean you've stopped showing up?
This will be an honest, probably uncomfortable, definitely necessary conversation.
No judgment. No toxic positivity. Just real talk about something we're all navigating.
