Your teeth and smile matter more than you think

Hi ,
Your smile is one of the first things people notice about you.
Clean, healthy teeth make you look:
- More approachable
- More trustworthy
- Younger
- Like you take care of yourself
But if you're self-conscious about your teeth, you probably smile less. When you smile less, people think you're unfriendly or unapproachable.
Let's fix that.
Your Basic Dental Care:
Every Day (2x per day):
- Brush for 2 full minutes (not 30 seconds!)
- Use toothpaste with fluoride
- Floss between every tooth
- Rinse with mouthwash (optional)
Every Week:
- Brush your tongue (removes bacteria that causes bad breath)
- Use whitening toothpaste if your teeth are stained
Every 3 Months:
- Replace your toothbrush (bristles wear out)
Every 6-12 Months:
- Professional dental cleaning
- Check up with your dentist
For Whiter Teeth:
✓ Use a straw for staining drinks (coffee, tea, red wine)
✓ Rinse your mouth with water after eating
✓ Use whitening strips (follow the directions exactly)
✓ Don't smoke (it stains teeth badly)
✓ Eat crunchy fruits and vegetables (they naturally clean your teeth)
If You're Self-Conscious About Your Teeth:
- Talk to your dentist about professional whitening
- Blue-based lipstick shades make teeth look whiter
- Practice smiling in the mirror (find your genuine smile, not a fake one)
- Remember, people care more about a WARM smile than a PERFECT smile
Your smile costs nothing. But it opens doors, builds trust, and makes people remember you.
This week, take care of your teeth properly. Brush the full 2 minutes. Floss. Book that dental cleaning if you're overdue.
And then SMILE more. At work. At strangers. At yourself in the mirror.
Reply and tell me: When was your last dental cleaning?
To your best image,
