Open your wardrobe.
Look at what is actually hanging there.
Some pieces may belong to a woman you used to be.
The job you left.
The body you had five years ago.
The lifestyle you no longer live.
The person you thought you would become.
The woman who bought something because she thought she should wear it.
Your life can change while your wardrobe stays exactly the same.
That creates a strange situation.
You have moved forward.
Your clothes have not.
There is nothing wrong with keeping things that still work for you.
The problem starts when your wardrobe keeps pulling you back into an old version of yourself.
Your clothes should make sense for the life you are living now.
Take a proper look at your wardrobe.
Ask yourself:
Does this still represent me?
If the answer is no, it may be time for a change.
