Hi ,
You put something on.
The waist looks strange.
The trousers pull in the wrong place.
The sleeves feel too tight.
The neckline does not sit properly.
You look in the mirror and decide:
"My body must have changed."
Maybe.
Maybe the clothes are the problem.
Clothes are designed around particular proportions.
Your body has its own proportions too.
That means the same cut can look completely different on two women.
A trouser rise can change how your legs and waist appear.
A sleeve can affect how your shoulders look.
A neckline can change the way your upper body is perceived.
A waistline can either work with your proportions or fight them.
Before deciding that your body is the problem, look at the fit.p
Understanding your body type and the way clothes sit on your body can completely change the way you assess your wardrobe.
Your body is not something you need to fight. You need clothes that work with it.
