Fun fact: Pretty much every woman has sugar cravings.
Hi
Did you know cravings are triggered by hormones, lack of sleep, emotions, habits, and environmental cues?
Even though the reasons are complex, there is one clear-cut step you can take to help minimize your cravings.
Your cravings will be LESS intense and LESS frequent. They may disappear entirely.
The one, clear-cut step?
💪Go on a low sugar or no-sugar regimen for three weeks💪
Your 21-Day Sugar Freedom Challenge is here for you. Gain the support and guidance you need. I offer this three week challenge for only $160. (Compare that to a 5-day reset which is usually $100!) Plus! You can get your $35 deposit back in a jackpot, so you’ll end up paying only $125.
💥 Starts Monday, May 31st! 💥
Why 21 Days?
Three weeks is long enough to
- Build a strong, routine habit and
- Feel the benefits of being sugar free.
Why Sugar Freedom?
It doesn’t take long for your health to get out of balance if you:
- 🥤 Drink a lot of soda or other sugary beverages
- 🥺Count calories vs. focus on nutrient-rich calories
- 🍪 Eat a lot of processed foods, which sugary foods usually are.
This matters because the nutrients in your food keep you feeling full – especially the protein🍗, fiber🍎, and healthy fats 🥑 they contain.
Making sure you get enough of those nutrients will go a long way toward keeping you feeling full, satisfied, and energized 🦸♀️.
Otherwise, your blood sugar can spike and dive, making you sugar-crash throughout the day, leading you to crave foods that inject you with quick pick-me-ups. Which ultimately leads you to another crash💥 .
What triggers your cravings?
You might be aware of a few triggers, but chances are there are some unconscious triggers making you crave certain foods.
Known Behaviors
Some trigger-inducing behaviors you might recognize include:
- Reaching for dessert 🍰 on Shabbat, just because it’s Shabbat
- Desiring ice cream 🍦 /chocolate🍫 /cake 🧁 when you achieved a goal or are bored.
- Wanting something sugary 🍬 just because it’s in your house.
Subconscious Behaviors
You might have “autopilot” triggers you’re not even aware of. For example…
- Sitting down on the couch🛋️ at night = eat something specific
- Late afternoon = sweet🍪pick-me-up
- Sunday morning = big brunch🥐 (for those not living in Israel anyway!)
