This week I went with my family together with my parents to Judys' pick your own vegetable farm located in the south east corner of the city of Markham. We had fun picking vegetables and the adults can't wait to cook the fresh vegetables. I especially like my wife's pinakbet with the squash flowers and bittermelon. On our way back home, my wife saw townhouses and asked me what is the difference between a condominium townhouse and a freehold townhouse with common elements fee. I told her that a freehold townhouse that has a common elements fee is called Parcel of tied land and is registered under the condominium act.
