Why are we hosting this event?

At For Wild Places, we see so many women dedicating time, energy and passion into being outstanding advocates for social justice, the environment and equal rights.

This International Women’s Day, we want to amplify the voices within the outdoors and trail running community and share these experiences to create open and inspiring dialogue that petitions for a sustainable, positive and empowered future for all.

You can read more about the event on the Facebook Event Page.

Who will be joining us?

We are super excited to have a range of women from across the outdoors, trail running and environmental and social advocacy space. We have 3 conversations confirmed, which will each be hosted by a member of the FWP team. Here is a taster of what each session will discuss -

The Schedule

Later this week we will be releasing the schedule for each of these 45 minute conversations. As you are already on the mailing list, you'll be the first to know what time each session is taking place. All of the conversations will also be available online to stream for 7 days post event.

Thank you again for taking an interest in this event, and we hope to see you on Monday 8th March! Also, please feel free to forward this email on to anyone you think would be interested in attending - remember, these conversations are not just for women to learn from and appreciate!

As always, thank you for supporting For Wild Places and our growing community of engaged and active wild place advocates 🌲
