A warm welcome from Costa Rica!

Just two more days until my family heads back to join you all in your early-winter escapade. Costa Rica has been such a gift—a beautiful blend of nature tourism, authentic Latin American culture, and comforting conveniences like clean water.

There have been a few magical moments here. One that stands out was grounding myself in front of El Ceibo, a 450-year-old giant tree at the base of the Arenal volcano. The moment I connected, it started pouring—and I mean pouring. I took it as a sign of deep cleansing, a little spiritual nudge from the land; this tree has survived countless volcanic eruptions. There has to be something to it ;)

Throughout the trip, I’ve found myself thinking about sound bathing and looking forward to returning to the space with you. The last dates of 2025 are now live. We’ve been selling out lately, which feels like a meaningful reflection of what I hoped this practice could be: a place where people can come back to themselves. Thank you for taking part.
