You made it—almost through the holiday season! As the new year energy starts to buzz, I hope you were able to enjoy time with loved ones and find moments of rest along the way. My family and I are feeling grateful to be healthy again and ready to step into the year ahead with intention, presence, and connection.

This is your monthly update with upcoming sound bath sessions. I’m also experimenting with different evenings to see what works best, so I’d truly love your feedback—if there’s a day or time that feels more accessible for you, please let me know.

A few helpful notes:

• The cost per session is now offered on a sliding scale of $25–$40. Please pay what feels right for you.
• Payment can be made via cash or e-transfer.
• Sessions will run with a minimum of three participants.
• If the minimum is not reached, sessions will be cancelled 24 hours in advance. This allows time for proper setup and care of the space—thank you for your understanding.
