Building Great Companies is hard- we know that because we have been doing it for a long time. At the same time, TV programs might glorify the startup phase. Well, let us put it that way, I am not a fan.
Why don't I like Startups?
Because it takes expensive time and most ideas do not survive. Also, most geniuses I have ever met are introverts and engineers- there are one million things in building startups they are not good at. Period! Watching a nerd pitch to investors is painful- Maybe because I am German, I do not want a nerd engineer to learn to be an entertainer, I do not want my superstars to deal with HR, Legal, Audits, Company Presentations, Budgets, Trade Fairs, CRM System, Social Media Marketing, Roadshows, Contracts and all the other stuff that takes you away from building a great company or service. The super worse- this entire process is taking years and immense energy. Could you not do it?
We should skip the startup phase and go straight for the Growth Phase!
Easier said than done, but the sooner we put a product in front of the customers, we know if anyone even cares. No matter what the market research says- you just know what you go out with a clear strategy. Are people excited, or do they need convincing? I am not a future teller- nobody is. The market will tell us and not everything I love- everyone will understand, period.
The biggest Jump in Valuation is from Idea Phase to Growth Phase-
That is where all the investors are. Where Corporate VCs are hunting and when Life Get' Easier! This is where we want to be!!!!

How you benefit as an investor! We are doing everything not to be classified as an investment company in the US- simply because it is not practical and will slow us down and limit us immensely. Our asset is speed, experience, and market access.
