Despite my wife is seven months pregnant, it feels like we get so much done and moving at a rapid pace here at EX Venture! I have to admit that it took a few years to get used to working entirely remotely, not socialize as much, and stay in contact with the investment world as much as I used to do in Los Angeles and Silicon Valley.

One of the techniques I use to manage this many projects is Fiverr as a provider. Whenever I need something quickly done, some database entry, some software program, I call upon people on Fiveer and, in many cases, get the job done quickly, and I'm high level. The last person I just spoke to is producing a voiceover for the new Gemini One commercial, which will be released in late October 2021.

The artist is a musical theater singer in New York City, reminding me a lot of my early days, often feeling trapped in a rainy city in the winter, looking forward to opening up call mom two beautiful summer locations. A portfolio company, Gemini one is offering incredible Solutions, spent time in multiple locations worldwide, and world-class designed luxury fully sustainable floating homes. The last decade of working on decentralized power waste and water projects in rural areas of the world has not been glamorous, so I sincerely appreciate the opportunity to bring that knowledge to something sexy and fun. The concept shows how future Generations can use water surfaces, in a completely sustainable way, as a living environment. The design process has been an absolute creative pleasure. I included 26 years of living in hotels and Corporate Apartments, so I genuinely feel like I have become the master of small living spaces. I generally don't need much, but I prefer to be luxurious, comfortable, and minimalist; having a design challenge like Gemini one, it's easy to solve in our case and nature and our environment the star. It is our art piece, so I saw a need being the leading designer on the project to get out of the way and let nature in!
Nobody is going to the most beautiful beaches on Earth to look at our design work; the design work should support _ and give space for the stunning environments.

The Release of Gemini one is structured into three phases. Initially, we are releasing the state-of-the-art floating home platform produced in Bali, which can be taken apart and reassembled anywhere in the world.
We can offer much lower costs by producing custom furniture and the entire floating home structure in Indonesia. Europe and the US put used solar Yachts, which often run in the Millions. By streamlining the production of high-quality fiberglass boats, we can reduce costs so that we can attract an entirely new group of buyers without sacrificing quality.

Our business model is to operate those floating homes, as individual units, via a private club, at some of the most beautiful locations in the world. Or in large projects, like we're planning in the Philippines, where we might be able to host over 200 votes, as a small floating luxury city that is truly sustainable in a beautiful Bay.

Building a fully solar-powered home, off-grid, zero waste, no black water that even produces its drinking water. It would have been unimaginable only a few years ago. Special thanks go out to Elon Musk, in Starling, which provides Internet satellite service in remote locations in the Philippines, starting 2022. As a digital Nomad, we might be minimalist, but without high-speed internet, our life stops, and we lose our livelihood, so thanks, Elon, for making this possible.
After a decade in clean technology, putting together a large-scale off-grid development in the Philippines is also a dream come true and feels like family reunions. We can create the perfect use case for some of the most favorite partner companies that we support with the government grants, such as Boreal, Davao Africa GreenTech, and many more.
