Super busy week, so I will keep it short today...

I have about 20 clients coming into town right now for our first-ever Expat Exploration and Investors tour. I am pretty excited about it!

We start here in Panama, and I have many activities planned for everyone involved. Then, as a group, we fly down to Montevideo, Uruguay, for a little mini-conference every morning and then do field trips in the afternoon to see the investment opportunities for timber, agriculture, cattle farms, and lots of different options for real estate. 

This trip was open to all of my clients who work with me on moving overseas to be an expat and all the offshore matters this entails. Our community does regular events, conferences, celebrations, trips, and more.

Actually, on Wednesday, we are doing a live webinar on Honduras, which promises to be a lot of fun and is open to everyone, not just my Private Clients. 

I am hosting this webinar with my friend Patrick Hiebert, who has spent a lot of time in Honduras. His partners own a massive plot of land and are building tiny homes there that he has designed. 

Patrick will do a 25-minute presentation then we will both stick around for another hour or so to answer any questions about Honduras as an expat destination (taxes, immigration, safety, plan-b, etc.)...

Or what it looks like to invest in the country, as Honduras is very affordable. It’s even possible to get a vacation rental property for very cheap and make a nice return on your money. 

It’s so important to get part of your money out of your home country's jurisdiction, and especially out of the banking system, so learning about opportunities abroad in a tangible asset like real estate or land is something you should pay attention to.
