A reminder about the rare opportunity I told you about on Monday…

I spoke with one of my legal partners here in Panama last week, and she told me about an opportunity that has just come up…

It's something not being talked about anywhere else, and it is still very under-the-radar information.

According to the new Law, Panama will issue Licenses to use Cannabis for medicine, therapeutics, veterinarians, and scientific and/or research purposes.

The company will need a Licencia de Operacion to import, export, re-export, and produce Cannabis. 

Once the Applicant gets the Licencia de Operacion, then they will need to pay the Government Fees of $150,000 USD, and the license will be granted for 10 years.

The best part is the license is renewable.

Cannabis Medicinal in Panama will only be for sale in authorized pharmaceutical establishments.

There are 2 different produce licenses. The first is to produce cannabis derivates to use in Panama or export, and the second is to produce cannabis derivates for scientific purposes.

Our Legal Fees to help the client in the entire process of requesting one or various licenses according to his needs are $60,000 USD / this is the minimum we can charge to start this complex process.

My partner has already made an application for one client, so we know how it works...

And Panama is ONLY issuing 6 of these licenses for the entire country, and we have already worked through it with one client, so we know how to navigate it successfully.

There are basically 5 licenses left.
