Personally, I think the most interesting allocation will come for investors sitting on land slated for cannabis, but who knows with the craze in green energy and what lengths the government will go to subsidize the hell out of this industry. 

Anyways, in a research report I was reading, it stated the global legal marijuana market size was valued at USD 9.1 billion in 2020 and is expected to expand at a compound annual growth rate of 26.7% from 2021 to 2028.

The fact that you can purchase the land that is already zoned for this expansion is a massive opportunity worth learning about…
