As far back as I can remember my mother has gotten brutal headaches.

She would take Aleve, Tylenol, Advil, whatever was close at hand.

These drugs are not addictive but they are not exactly good for you either…

I’ve literally read reports saying they can severely damage your liver if you take them too much or too often.

Well recently I picked her up some CBD gummies to help with the headaches, and sure enough, she noticed a massive difference in how she feels and reduced the number of pharmaceutical pain killers she takes every week by 90%

And these are all natural and a lot gentler on her body. Win.

Another friend and mentor to me who’s in his mid-70s started using CBD cream for the arthritis in his hands and he swears it’s the only thing that helps, his wife uses it and she raves about it too.

So I would never be recommending someone to invest in an individual company or stock…

But one of the safest ways I have seen to participate in the space (without having anything to do with the plants themselves) is by looking at the zoning rights pertaining to the land.

Specifically how you can purchase the land that’s already been approved by the government to grow medical marijuana…

…and then how you can flip the land when the time’s right for huge profits.

And it’s not just the medical marijuana or CBD space, there is land that has already been zoned for solar farms or for commercial use like shopping malls.

You don’t even have to agree with the products or the technology or anything else surrounding this for that matter. If you just try to understand the trends and which direction the government is going, it can provide you with a massive opportunity to turn a profit.

There are even ways to mitigate any tax liabilities so the money stays in your pockets where it belongs.
