On June 24th, I have an Austrian colleague visiting me in Panama, and I asked him to host a small workshop about the land banking opportunities he identified in the capital of Paraguay, Asuncion.

He has been living and investing in Paraguay for the last 15 years, and he has identified one of the most interesting investments I have ever seen in my life.

In fact, when I went to Paraguay to see it, I couldn't believe what I was looking at; I was amazed at the setup for this investment and how it had gone unnoticed until now.

So much so that when I took a group of clients down to Paraguay for our tour a few weeks ago, I was so impressed that I purchased 5 hectares of land for my own portfolio. I fully expect to 10x my money on the investment in the next 5-10 years.
