Hey everyone, I was recently down in Paraguay checking on our investments in the Concept Tower project in Ciudad Del Este.

This was the project I launched earlier in February this year, where I was able to secure one-third of the building at a massively discounted rate for our community.

While I was in Paraguay, I recorded a short interview with the developer explaining the area, the progress they have made, and how things are going:

Prices on this project have already gone up for the general public, but for our community who bought in at discounted rates, you guys are already up over 20% on your investment.

You see, when I structure deals like this I get us in early and with the best terms, and because I know the strength of our community, I can push hard to get us the best prices.

So, everyone who could see the vision—just like I could—you guys are already up a lot and are being rewarded handsomely. But even better than that, when this is delivered, it is going to cashflow beautifully.

I am working on structuring us more deals for sexy little cash-flowing properties in half a dozen different countries. It's time to get out of risky stock portfolios and large commercial banks on the verge of collapse...

For me, I am investing in cashflowing properties in strategically selected countries around the world—countries best poised to protect and grow our wealth.

It's how we will survive the coming dangers.
