Replay Live: Offshore Investing In Paraguay's Capital
Sep 08, 2024 9:16 pm
As I promised a bunch of you, I am sharing the recording of my webinar presentation from yesterday on investing in the path of progress in Paraguay's capital city, Asunción.
I will leave this on the webinar page for a week so you can watch it. If you are interested in investing overseas, I highly encourage you to carve out time tonight or tomorrow to watch this:

I have to scour the globe for months to find opportunities like this, and to be honest with you, I often come up empty-handed. I am super particular about what I bring to our community, and I have to do a ton of due diligence to make sure the investment doesn't just have huge upside potential but is also safe.
Protecting against the downside is massively important to me. Actually, I think it's fair to say it is the most important thing for me.
I am searching for opportunities in the Balkans right now. I just arrived in Serbia, and I have meetings set in the morning with the lawyers here to discuss the landscape and better understand the markets.
The trip has been excellent so far, and I have learned a lot, but I have yet to find something that I feel confident bringing to you. I am still searching.
After saying all of that, it really highlights why a deal like this in Paraguay is so attractive and why I am so bullish on it.
This opportunity is the needle in the haystack. It ticks all the boxes of what I am looking for. I hope you don't waste it.
