The Power of Short-Term Rentals - Interview w/ Tim Hubbard
Jul 10, 2024 12:37 pm
As many of you know, we have been structuring some amazing real estate deals for short-term rentals lately, including beachfront properties in Brazil, apartments in Paraguay and condos in Panama.
Because of that, I thought I would replay an excellent interview I did with Tim Hubbard a couple of years ago on managing short-term rentals.
Now, it's important to note that I try to do turnkey investment properties for my clients, but it is still important to understand how short-term rentals work on the back end. That's why I want to share this interview with you today.
Tim is the CEO of Midtown States, a short-term rental accommodation company that has successfully hosted tens of thousands of guests and received excellent reviews from around the globe. He has also travelled extensively, visiting more than 70 countries and staying in hundreds of different short-term rental accommodations.
