Your invitation to come meet me for our next tour
Apr 07, 2025 9:13 pm
Loads of questions are coming in about next month's trip to Panama; first and foremost, I want to formally invite you to join us for the tour. It is open to all subscribers and all client levels.
Now, let me try and tackle the big questions, and if you want to jump on a phone call to discuss it or need help planning out the visit, you can email Susan James from my team at trips@ExpatMoney.com
Q. Is Panama safe?
A. Yes, Panama is regarded as a safe country, both statistically and anecdotally. It is safer than most European or US cities; after living here for 6 years, I have never had one problem, heard of a problem with a friend or client, and after bringing hundreds (possibly thousands?) of people to Panama, there has never been a problem.
Q. Does Panama have good medical facilities if something happens on the trip?
A. Yes, they have world-class clinics and hospitals. I have reported on this regularly. If you want to hear about my experience going through the medical system, listen to this episode.
Q. What is included in the tour price?
A. Your hotel, food, booze, and transport from the start to the end of the trip are all included. Also, all tours, presentations, etc. needed for the trip are included.
Q. What is not included in the tour?
A. Souvenirs, travel insurance, and flights to and from Panama (however, if you purchase a property on the tour, your flights will be reimbursed up to $1,000 and the entire tour price you paid).
Q. Will you get to meet and spend time with me?
A. Yes! We will have dinner together on the first night, and I will be with you almost all day and evening of Day 2.
Q. What is the price range, and what projects will we see on the tour?
A. We will see properties ranging from roughly $150k to over a million. There will be something for all budgets. We will see investment properties and lifestyle properties. There will be city, beach, golf course, etc. It is a real mix for everyone's needs.
Q. Will this qualify me for residency in Panama?
A. Yes, the properties we will be looking at are specifically chosen because they will qualify you for permanent residency in Panama. This is a key piece of any well-thought-out Plan-B.
Please email trips@ExpatMoney.com if you are interested in joining us or have any additional questions.
