Oct 15th Changes To Panama Immigration Just Came Out...
Oct 16, 2024 2:56 am
After months of work, in-person meetings with the government, written opinion letters to the Ministery, and a whole host of other things...
I just got word an hour ago that we succeeded in lobbying the government of Panama not to proceed with the published price increase to their Qualified Investors Visa.
I am happy to report that the investor visa, which we have helped hundreds of people go through, will stay at the same $300k USD price point for real estate investments!
You can purchase a place in Panama, either as an investment property or as a home to live in, and we can secure you instant permanent residency in this beautiful, safe, and potentially tax-free country.
This is a massive win for our community and clients.
I am very impressed by the government's willingness to listen and understand that Panama cannot price itself out of the market compared to neighbouring countries. They have to stay competitive.
This reaffirms my position that Panama is currently the #1 country for expats, and I am more bullish than ever about living here.
More news will come as I report this in real-time.
But if you have been sitting on the fence, waiting to make a move on real estate here or worried about the proposed changes to immigration, I am happy to say we can continue processing applications, and my team and I are here to help you.
Please email us at support@ExpatMoney.com so we can help you through this process of getting permanent residency in Panama.
