So often today, we don’t have time for ourselves or even when we do, we don’t realise because it’s short lived and on the go. So as you do your task this week, acknowledge that you’ve had this chance so your mind consciously notices this time for yourself. This way your mind will be consciously aware of the time and be more satisfied.
