Happiest Holidays

image

As you head into this beautiful holiday season, take time to enjoy the little things. My deepest wishes for you that you take time to love a little harder, pause a little longer and smile a little wider.

A healthy balanced life includes the holiday season. It includes Toblerone and drinks with family, the extra nibbles and the slower pace.

Of course, 2025 is around the corner and with it the season of habit change.

According to a recent TELUS health report, 7 out of 10 Canadians want to improve their health.

New Year's is like the Super Bowl of the fitness and health industry, where everyone wants to make a change. And while it is common folklore that "resolutions" do not work, I disagree

In fact, there are many studies that show milestones - whether birthdays or New Year's - work as a great motivator.

But everyone can start - how do you keep going?

I will be starting the year with a special program called Better You in January that sets you up for healthy habits all year long

I believe there is a Better You inside all of us.

A version of ourselves that we truly love.

This is a six-week program that will set you up for 2025.

It starts January 8th, and I can't wait.

I have helped many clients form the exercise habit and learn to adopt healther habits.

Wishing you the most wonderful holidays!

MOBILITY and MINDFULNESS

*** I created Mobility Mornings in 2024 and my body changed. We have a DAILY 15 minute mobility practice followed by a fitness class. Many of my clients join just for Mobility and then go into their day, or for a walk. Try!
