Happy Day Four:
On Tuesday we will start the 4-week anti-inflammatory program. Many past participants have "white knuckled down" the idea of eliminating sugar / gluten / and booze only to find how incredibly vibrant and alive they feel, We will also lean into a sleep routine - essential for us to change our health - and commit to not simply more movement but intentional movement: Strength training, mobility work, cardio and more.
When we physically change our bodies, something happens deep inside of us and i have finally put my finger on what it does:
We switch the I can't do this to I can do anything button!!!
It is absolutely imperative you approach the next month your way - if that means you want to have a glass of wine on a Friday night, you put that in the program; if it means you are doubling down on The Healthy Six diet because you want the discipline, i am here to support you. I believe we can all take this time to achieve more personal growth, through meal preps, motivating classes and more.
In our intention setting session, Paul spoke about the next few days as powerful moments of setting intentions and aligning with where we want to go. I am super-pumped to see where we ALL land in six weeks time.
