Hi
How do you manage to keep fit in winter? When the sun rises late, it's not so easy to get out of bed. Only another week until winter solstice in the Southern Hemisphere, and I look forward to that. In the meantime, I try to get to the gym three times a week, arriving somewhere between 6:30am and 7:00am, but occasionally I go for a walk on other days.
The picture below was taken on the beach at Semaphore on one of my early morning walks, obviously before sunrise.
I should have walked to the end of the jetty as well, but I think by that stage the thought of a hot drink was luring me home. I don't have a dog, so that isn't an excuse to go for a daily walk. My cat isn't interested.
Always happy to hear how you keep up the regular exercise.
