I don't always make it to the gym (writers spend too much time on their backsides) but on days that I don't, try to fit in a walk. Yesterday, it was late in the day before I ventured out. The tide was way out when I arrived at the beach, but the advantage of that was that I found a few shells. The lighting was superb, as you can see from this photo. It probably morphed into a glorious sunset after I left.
