You know that little sting when you see “1 unsubscribe” on your newsletter list… or notice “-1 follower” on socials?

For a long time, I took it personally. I thought, “What did I do wrong?” After all, I pour my heart into my music and into these love letters to you.

But here’s what I’ve learned: every unsubscribe is actually a blessing in disguise.

It clears space for the people who are meant to be here, the ones who open, read, smile, dance, reply and feel the love behind what I share.

If someone rolls their eyes at talk of healing frequencies, energy or being a little whoo-whoo - that’s okay. They’re just not my tribe. And I’d rather they step aside than hang around half-hearted.

So if you’re reading this right now, thank you. Truly. Because you’re part of the ones who stay. The ones who get it. The ones who feel the frequency with me. And that means the world.
