I'm Elyse. Manchester born, 90s Eurodance singer, independent artist and the person behind the Hz frequency healing music and courses you signed up for.

I wanted to properly introduce myself because behind the music there's a real story.

I joined my first band at 14 as a keyboard player in a funk and soul band. By 18 I was touring the North West of England, singing in smoky bars and clubs until 3am, dreaming of making it. At 23, living in Germany, I auditioned for a duo in Berlin the same week Sony came calling. I chose Berlin. The rest, as they say, is history.

For years I was worn down by the music industry. Burnout followed. I came home to Manchester, worked in my mum's café and quietly started studying: NLP, EFT, Nutrition, Makaton and more....basically anything to do with personal development and I was rebuilding myself from the inside out.

Then in 2011 something shifted everything.

I was a freelance vocal coach working with young adults and mental health. One week I brought in a song to share: 'I Can See Clearly Now' by Jimmy Cliff. I watched something happen in that room, people rocking forward, huge smiles, asking can we do it again, again, again.

On the drive home I couldn't stop thinking about it. I went straight to my music room and sang. And I made a decision that day, my lyrics would always be uplifting. No more lost love, rejected or abandoned love. Only music that lifts you higher.

That moment led me to 528 Hz. Then 432 Hz. Then years of deep study into how sound and frequency heal the body from within.

And that's why I'm here. That's why you're here.
