I’m deep in creation mode working on 3 brand new online programs… and honestly, I’m loving every second of it.

These are proper deep dives. Each one includes:

– The history of the frequency

– How it actually works

– The benefits and real-life use

– Downloadable audio (tones, ambient tracks, guided meditations)

– Workbooks and action plans to help you integrate it all

They’re self-paced, so you can move through them in your own time, your own rhythm.

And tomorrow… I’m in the studio recording guided meditations for one of them 🎤✨

That part always feels a bit magical.

I genuinely haven’t seen anyone else creating courses quite like these. They’re built from passion, experience and a lot of love for this work.
