How are you doing? I'm feeling ambitious! I've got a cold.

And here's where my story starts....

It's Day 6 of the New Year and I have a lot I want to achieve in 2025.

I watched the replay of my Business Coaching Group's planning Session which was really insightful.

And though I have watched it more than once.

I didn't really learn the lesson until yesterday and about what keeping it real and honest with yourself means.

Now a cold isn't the end of the world, but does mean I'm not at full capacity. 😢

Mentally I wasn't acknowledging this, I like I can still do everything I want to do not full capacity.

That was my mistake a great lesson to learn and to take into this year.

Having that honesty with yourself is vital for you to make your plans around.

When you're honest with yourself, you can:

Be more focussed

Decided what's important

And what can wait

How good are you at being honest with yourself about your capacity?

So let's think about how can you make a plan to meet your Career Goals for 2025.

The first thing is 2 fold:

Get clear on the big goal

Write down the small steps to get there

A year is a long time to plan out! How about taking the year in smaller chunks:

Plan your Quater first 3 months

Make a 12 Week Plan

Create a Vision Board

Write your affirmations

Write your Mantra
