Lesson 6: The Power of a Decision 

In January this year, I could have been devastated.

It was the day I was opening the doors to my brand new group coaching programme the Job Search Accelerator for mid-level women in tech.

I didn't meet my goal to make it the experience I want it to be.

So I failed.

I didn't get the result.

I was disappointed, but I didn't quit.

I decided to go again.

Today I want to remind you that there is so much POWER, in how you choose to respond when you face a setback.

Choose to see the lesson. 

Choose to not beat yourself up about it. ❤️

Choose to use the data to go again and do it differently.

Believe that your career goal is worth your commitment and that your eventual success is coming.

2025 is your year to achieve your biggest career dreams! 🤩😍💃🏾🔥

Every day is a new opportunity to take intentional action which will move you forward as you journey towards the achievement of your goal.

Today I am rooting for you to:

Stay present in your opportunity today, to go beyond your comfort zone.

To decide that your dreams are worth more than any temporary discomfort.

To ditch trying to do it perfectly, because perfection doesn't exist.

To decide to put fear in the back seat and to keep focussed and taking intentional action.

To decide that NOW is your moment, your time and stop hiding and put yourself out there full power like you're in it to win it!

Today's win I'm sharing is I won a competition to have a stand at the Women in Business Conference in Bath this year. I assembled a stand and hired someone to help me on my stand. It was a learning experience and one that has me more informed about what it takes to travel a long way to do those kinds of events. You find out more: HERE
